Flamingo Babywear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Any purchases made from this e-commerce site are covered by the laws relating to online sales. We offer a refund provided the following steps are followed:-
You must advise us, in writing, that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You must ensure that the goods are returned to us at

You are responsible for the goods until it reaches us and we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature to prove return. As we do not offer a free returns policy the costs of returning the goods are payable by you.
Please ensure that your item does not come into contact with anything that may mark or damage it, such as food , drink or cigarettes. If we cannot re-sell the item we will be unable to issue a refund. Provided the returned item is in brand new condition, has no sign of wear or tear,and has all the original packaging and garment tags still attached we will send you a refund within 14 days of the goods being received back by us. The refund will be for the value of the item plus any postage charged to you less the actual delivery costs incurred by us in sending it to you. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase.
